Your gift makes a difference

The Berkeley Marvell NanoLab is creating the next generation of micro- and nano-technologies that change the world.

Today’s NanoLab has an impressive history. In 1962, UC Berkeley opened the first university integrated circuits laboratory, where some of the earliest analog-to-digital converters and operational amplifiers — the foundation devices of integrated circuits — were fabricated. The lab expanded over the years, continuing to develop and fabricate seminal devices, including the earliest FinFET transistors and MEMS technologies.

Today, that tradition of research firsts continues in the Berkeley Marvell NanoLab, one of the world’s great clean-room facilities used by hundreds of faculty, students, and industry researchers. Your support helps make it happen!
