The Central Sierra Snow Lab Fund

The Central Sierra Snow Lab has long been one of the premier facilities researching meteorology, hydrology, and climate in the Sierra Nevada. We manage some of the longest snowfall records in the world and are continuously engaged in research projects that examine water resources, climate, and their trends.

We bring together many members of our community, including researchers, educators, and students with the goal of understanding and conveying information about our water resources.
