The LSRC is a student-centered space co-created by the Chicanx Latinx Student Development (CLSD) Office. The creation of the LSRC is a key part of UC Berkeley’s Latinx Thriving Initiative and its commitment to building an environment where Latinx students belong.
The LSRC is foundational to creating a sense of comunidad for Latinx students at UC Berkeley. This new space will significantly expand programming and capacity so that more students have access to retention programs, academic support services, wellness opportunities, and leadership programs.
