Twenty-nine percent of Berkeley students come from families with an annual income of under $45,000. A higher percentage of Berkeley undergraduate students receive Pell Grants than those at our private peer institutions.The BCE Externship Fund helps to provide resources for these and other Berkeley students seeking real-world work experience.
Your gift helps provide our students with great opportunities to explore career fields and network with working alumni. The goal is for all students to leave Berkeley with critical tools to negotiate the world of work confidently and to step into the future prepared to turn career aspirations into reality.
