These college advisers are helping more talented students in high schools in low-income, underrepresented areas realize their college dreams. They provide these students much needed guidance and resources while they learn to be future educators and leaders.
You can help more deserving high school students in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, and Solano County attend college. In 2019–20, the Destination College Advising Corps:
- Advised nearly 16,000 high school seniors
- Provided 41,314 one-on-one advising sessions
- Assisted with 42,955 college application submissions
- Ensured 9,268 federal student aid submissions
