Your contribution provides unrestricted support to the Energy Institute, enabling its work to create a more economically and environmentally sustainable future through research, teaching, and policy engagement. You will help sustain the institute’s external outreach, thought leadership, and policy and business impact.

The Energy Institute’s researchers produce independent, data-driven analyses of today’s critical energy issues, informing state, national and international policymakers and training the next generation of energy researchers. Our researchers explore how markets can be part of the solution to climate change: policy pathways to decarbonize buildings, cars, and trucks; approaches to green the electric grid; and how to increase the affordability and fairness of energy policies, among other topics.

Your gift will be used by the Energy Institute to carry out our key priorities, which include:

• Support graduate student researchers who work alongside institute faculty to tackle energy and climate challenges.
• Communicate with policymakers, industry leaders, and the media, sharing objective analyses of critical energy policy issues to increase the effectiveness of energy and climate policy.
• Train and mentor the next generation of energy researchers and industry professionals.
