Halting the twin crises of biodiversity loss and climate change is one of humanity’s most urgent challenges. At the Stone Center, we work across disciplines and jurisdictions to find solutions to the challenges associated with our changing environment that benefit people and the natural world. We design research around policy, management, and community needs. We build new collaborations between public agencies, tribal partners, private landowners, and local residents.
