The Rhona S. Weinstein Psychology Department Fund to Advance Equal Opportunity

The Rhona S. Weinstein Psychology Department Fund to Advance Equal Opportunity is made possible by the generous support of Prof. Rhona Weinstein and her husband, Dr. Harvey Weinstein. This current use fund supports the Psychology Department in the Social Sciences Division within the College of Letters & Science. It provides awards for graduate students for a project — in research, application, teaching, service, or policy — that focuses on reducing structural and psychological inequality, so that all may thrive.

Awards are made by the chair of the Psychology Department, or their designee, such as the Psychology Department Awards Committee, and are reviewed on a yearly basis. Uses of the fund may include, but are not limited to, stipends, research expenses, travel, and program fees.
