The Berkeley Law Alianza Alumni Scholarship

Formerly known as The Renato Puga Garcia Memorial Scholarship, the Fund continues to honor Renato’s memory by providing need-based scholarships to first-year law students. Prospective recipients will be identified, screened, and selected by the leadership of the Alianza student organization and their faculty advisors, in collaboration with the School of Law Financial Aid Office. The number of awards will depend on available funds. This scholarship will serve as a bridge between current students and recent alumni with the hope of increasing alumni involvement in our organization well beyond graduation.
