The Samuelson Law, Technology and Public Policy Clinic trains students through strategic opportunities in litigation, regulatory and legislative processes, and policy analysis. The clinic’s work focuses on three main areas in which students help provide representation to public-interest clients: protecting civil liberties, ensuring a fair criminal justice system, and promoting balanced intellectual property laws and access to information policies.
