The Collective for Inclusive Engineering is a collaboration of students, staff, and faculty that supports graduate students and postdocs across the College of Engineering. It is an innovative model for delivering mentorship and professional development services to grad students and postdocs, as well as student interest groups. Through workshops, speaker series, dissertation and travel fellowships, a résumé database, and a lively social media presence, the Collective helps forge a strong, inclusive community of graduate and postdoc engineers.

The Collective will also provide merit-based financial support for individuals and groups with a shared vision of inclusive excellence in engineering. Programming themes will reflect the challenges faced by traditionally under-supported students and postdocs, but all Berkeley engineers will benefit from the professional support offered by the Collective.
