Attracting, supporting and promoting a community of world-changing minds
The Graduate Division serves more than 10,000 students in more than 105 master’s and doctoral degree programs at Berkeley. Through fellowship and other financial supports, academic and professional guidance, and family resources for graduate student families, the Graduate Division helps ensure that Berkeley is a place where passionate students redefine what's possible on a daily basis.
We cultivate the success of Berkeley graduate students through continual communication, educational trainings and events, and millions of dollars in fellowships so our scholars can think in new ways about new problems — and create better, smarter, stronger solutions.
