The Cal Calling Center

About Us

Raising $2.8 million each year from over 12,000 donors the Cal Calling Center plays a vital role in UC Berkeley's fundraising efforts. Employing more than 150 Cal students annually, the call center is a one stop shop for hearing about the latest campus updates and first-person student perspective. In 2013 the Cal Calling Center was responsible for 20% of all campus donors and continues to be a significant factor in the future of UC Berkeley.

Our Mission

As student ambassadors for the university we are dedicated to creating and strengthening meaningful relationships with members of the Cal community. By encouraging others to get involved we are doing our part to help keep Cal the #1 public university in the nation!

Who We Are

We are the students behind the call and the voice of the Cal Fund. We come from all walks of life and all corners of the globe. We converge each day on campus to ensure that Cal remains among the top universities in the world. Each night we reach out to the Cal community and make sure to provide the most up to date news, rankings, and information for all things Berkeley. Our goal is to encourage alumni, parents, and friends of the university to help strengthen Cal by making an annual gift. We are students. We are fundraisers. We are Cal Bears.

Why We Do It

To put it simply, we would not be here without your support. Alumni, parents, and friends play a vital role in our ability to learn, grow, and achieve our goals as students. We believe it is important to reach out and show our appreciation, as well as to help cultivate the next generation of alums who will sustain our future.
